Refund Policy


Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only in the following circumstances:
The item arrived damaged or defective
The item received was incorrect (wrong product or variant sent)
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully before purchasing — if you are unsure whether a product is right for your application, contact us before ordering and we'll help you select the correct item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and original packaging, unused and uninstalled. You'll also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@autorelay.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily where the wrong product was purchased for a specific application. Contact us at contact@autorelay.store with your order details and we'll do our best to find a resolution that works for you.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@autorelay.store with photos and your order number so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at contact@autorelay.store.


Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
