Rosin core solder wire for electrical and automotive wiring work. 63/37 tin-lead alloy with 2% no-clean flux — the standard combination for reliable, low-temperature electrical soldering joints. The rosin flux core cleans oxide from wire surfaces during soldering, improving wetting and producing cleaner, stronger joints without additional flux paste.
Available in 0.8mm and 1.0mm diameters, in 20g, 50g, and 100g roll weights to suit occasional and regular workshop use.
Key Features
- 63/37 tin-lead alloy — eutectic composition for a clean, reliable solder joint
- Rosin core flux (2%) — no-clean formulation, flux residue doesn't require removal
- 0.8mm and 1.0mm diameters — 0.8mm for fine work and electronics, 1.0mm for heavier joints
- Low melting point — easy to work with using a standard soldering iron
- Roll packaging — feeds cleanly without tangling
Applications
- Soldering automotive wire joints and terminal connections
- Marine and electrical wiring repairs
- Electronics and PCB soldering
- General workshop electrical soldering
